CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bottumzup Esthetics we value your time and strive to provide high-quality, personalized care to all of our patients. To ensure availability and fairness, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: ⏳ Appointment Cancellation We require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another patient in need. • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. • Same-day cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) will be charged 75% of the service fee. 🚫 No-Show Policy A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without notifying us in advance. **No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. 💳 Payment of Fees Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file. These fees are not covered by insurance. 🙏 Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the provider. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all patients.
